Ancient neoclassical writing desk in solid walnut, Italy, 18th century.

Neoclassical central desk in walnut, Piacenza, last quarter of the 18th century. Top in solid walnut inlaid with mahogany veneer and bordered with maple fillet. Drawer in the belt, the latter decorated with frames, fluted truncated cone legs ending in spherical feet. Interior in walnut and fir. Frame on one of the short sides missing.
