Set of 7 antique ironstone plates with a green botanical decoration of "brambles and blackberries," consistently attributed to Choisy-le-Roi, circa 1890–1900. Beautiful fine transfer, delicate floral frieze, and authentic patina with time-related cracks. Two plates have visible old cracks on the back, but they are not fragile for decorative use. The decoration is often confused with Badonviller, but it has typical characteristics of Choisy, with very detailed naturalistic designs and moulded markings (3★, 31★, X). Diameter: 23 cm. A refined set, ideal for a chic country table or for your end-of-year celebrations.
