Bubble glass ceiling light by Staff 1960-70, IF Design Awards price in 1964.

Large ceiling light or wall sconce in high-quality bubble glass, Made by Staff Leuchten, Germany, 1964. (model 'druppelglas'/ bubble glass) Glass diffuser in the shape of "bubbles" of various sizes fixed to a black lacquered metal base. 3 E27 bulbs (the 3 75-watt bulbs in the photos are a bit too strong; we recommend 3 x 45 watts instead) The company Staff Leuchten started in 1945 and developed over the following decades to become a global leader in design excellence, receiving over 200 awards. This bubble glass lamp was one of their most iconic and successful designs and was made in various versions, shapes, and sizes. This model won the IF Design Award in 1964. Dimensions: height: 12 cm / diameter: 40 cm. Very good condition. Note: small chips of glass at the level of the prongs, inside, not visible once the lamp is mounted and without impact on safety. Works perfectly, light fixture tested and cleaned. Weight 6 kg.
