Patinated writing desk

Early 20th-century sloping desk in walnut, patinated in a very pale grey on the outside. The wood shows numerous ink stains as well as the insides of the drawers, proving it has indeed lived a life of office use! One button on the large outer drawer is not original. There is a secret drawer compartment (see the last two photos). Its dimensions: 89 X 48 (84 when open) X 100 cm high; depth of the top surface: 17 cm; 2 outer drawers: 23.5 X 41 X 9 cm high; 1 outer drawer: 77 X 41 X 9 cm high; 4 inner drawers: 23 X 26 X 5 cm high; 1 inner secret drawer: 23 X 41 X 11 cm high.
