Swedish table lamp BN-26 by Hans-Agne Jakobsson for Markaryd, 1960s

Swedish BN26 table lamp designed in the 1960s by designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson. It was produced by his own company, Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB, in Markaryd, Sweden. This particular unit is the larger version, featuring 4 aluminium rings, in contrast to the BN25 which has only 3. These rings are arranged in a staggered pattern above one another and create a particularly beautiful and atmospheric light. The lamp is in very beautiful vintage condition with minimal signs of use. Both the aluminium shade and base feature the original manufacturer's label.
