English service tray in engraved silver metal

Period: ca. 1925-1960. A round silver metal service tray that is surrounded by a detailed gallery consisting of a double row of triangular arches. The tray itself is finely engraved with floral arabesques. The silvering and details are in very good condition; it seems to be barely used. On the underside there is a clear mark indicating that this was done by the 'viners of sheffield- alpha', which began using the alpha name in 1925. State: Very well. No damage. This is an older item and therefore age-compatible usage marks may be present; there are a few small signs of friction, especially at the bottom. Dimensions: see photo.
