Rare and charming vintage school set comprising a desk and its integrated chair, dating from the 1950s/60s. The tabletop is made of solid oak with beautiful grain, rounded corners, and generously crafted edges. The original inkwell space is present on the tabletop. The desk also features a storage space beneath the tabletop. The set rests on a black tubular steel frame, typical of post-war school furniture. The seat and backrest are made of wood. Its very graphic aesthetic, combining warm oak with black metal, allows it to easily fit into vintage, mid-century, industrial, or children's room decor. Period: 1950s/60s.
