Set of 8 Dorothy Thorpe glasses, circa 1950

Very nice set of 8 Dorothy Thorpe (1901 / 1989) mid-century glasses. Decorated with high silver stripes, these goblet-shaped glasses exude elegance and sophistication. Very elegant and quite rare model. The glasses are all in immaculate condition with no issues to report. Dorothy Thorpe, an American mid-century artist, is known for her design in glassware and ceramic pieces in her Los Angeles studio. Height: 14.4 cm Rim diameter: 7 cm Foot diameter: 6 cm.
