Vintage Teapot Sadler Hamlet Shakespeare England

This is a ceramic teapot from the sadler collection made in england. These teapots were launched in the 1980s and were collectible. The teapot depicts a scene from shakespeare's play hamlet. Hamlet sees his father's ghost on the ramparts of elsinore. This teapot is beautifully decorated on both sides. It is in very good vintage condition and has no cracks or shine. Normal wear underneath and slightly scratched gilding (see photo) Size: height: 15 cm, length from spout to handle: 19 cm, depth: 8.5 cm. Weight: 645 g.
