Mobile table/thread stand, Denmark 60s, vintage, mid-c modern

The mobile table/thread stand was manufactured in Denmark in the 60s/70s. Finished in teak veneer with solid teak edges and legs. Under the top there is a pull-out drawer with compartments, ideal for tailoring accessories or other knick-knacks, and under the drawer there is a beautiful, capacious wicker "basket" with a plywood bottom. Nice chrome drawer handles. The whole thing is mounted on wheels. The furniture has undergone a comprehensive renovation and is protected with a hard oil-wax resistant to dirt and water. The thread stand is simply charming and ready to be placed in an apartment, studio or workshop.
