Pair of Art Deco lampshades in frosted blue glass

Pair of vintage frosted glass lampshades with a slightly bluish tint, featuring geometric and stylised floral designs. The body displays an alternation of fine regular vertical flutes interrupted by circular relief medallions. These patterns evoke stylised rosettes typical of French Art Deco productions from the 1930s: symmetrical design, understated lines, and contained ornamentation. The contrast between the smooth upper dome and the fluted frieze creates a very architectural play of light when illuminated. Satin glass with a frosted finish, featuring a subtle glacier blue hue. Possible mounting: — with claw system — or directly on E27 socket depending on the chosen ring and mounting. Dimensions: Height: 11 cm Diameter: 14.5 cm Probable dating: 1930s–1940s. Condition: Good vintage condition. Some marks and micro-wear consistent with age. No cracks observed. Slight manufacturing irregularities at the neck visible in photos, common in old moulded productions. Very beautiful when lit.
