Glass bain-marie sauce

Round blown glass sauce that works on the principle of the bain-marie. Can be used both for keeping warm (sauce to put on the table, dessert to eat hot) and cold keeping (ice cream or frozen dessert). Simply pour hot or boiling water, cold or ice, through the handle, into the double wall, so that the liquid contained in the bowl is kept warm or cold. Made of borosilicate glass (used by the pyrex brand), it withstands thermal shocks, both high and very low temperatures. Can be used in the oven and dishwasher safe.
