A modernist ebonised and aluminium umbrella stand

Vintage umbrella stand with a modernist design, composed of a curved aluminium sheet forming a fluid "S" line, combined with circular perforated trays (top and bottom) to hold umbrellas or hockey sticks. Rectangular base in black lacquered wood ensuring stability and graphic contrast. Typical 1970s aesthetic: industrial minimalism, play of curves and materials, gallery spirit. Can also be repurposed as a sculptural magazine rack or decorative object for an entrance. Condition: Embraced vintage patina. Scratches and signs of use visible on the aluminium. One corner has a slight dent/chip (visible in the photo). Stable structure. A strong decorative piece, ideal for a contemporary entrance or mid-century interior.
