Elegant set of six French chairs from the 1950s, in the style of Maison Dominique or Georges Coslin. Iconic models of post-war Parisian modernism: flared backs, curved lines, light varnished wood, and very decorative turquoise faux leather. Fan-shaped backrest, flared and slightly curved. Distinctive decoration of three front buttons. Comfortable seat with a rounded cut. Satin-finished light wood. Original suspension (zig-zag springs visible under the seats). Period turquoise faux leather, rare on the market. Curved legs in a modernised neo-Louis XV style. Homogeneous, stable, and solid set. Turquoise faux leather in very good overall condition: no tears, nice overall tension. A few light usual stains visible in places (nothing significant, normal usage patina). Note: a small beige decorative band slightly detached on one chair, not torn, just slightly peeled off. Wooden structures perfectly sound. Dimensions: Back height: 97.6 cm. Seat height: 44 cm. Seat width: 48.2 cm. Seat depth: 43.5 cm.
