Saint Hubert sideboard in elm wood

Discover this exceptional piece: a Saint Hubert sideboard in solid elm wood, a rather rare type of wood! This piece of furniture was carefully stripped by Aero gommage, revealing the natural beauty of the elm. It was then given a makeover with a black casein-based paint, Liberon "tailcoat" color, and enhanced with a colorless patina from the same brand, giving the black surfaces a unique leather look. The edges and moldings were deliberately patinated to simulate the natural wear of time, adding an authentic and vintage touch to this piece of furniture. Each wooden part was protected with a hard base to guarantee its durability. Two butcher's plates personalize the doors, adding a touch of originality and charm to this exceptional sideboard. Black shell-shaped handles were added to complete the customization. Note that this piece of furniture has had several lives, the lock is broken, however the doors close by pushing them. The side panels of the lower part have cracks and the top has a small stain, but these small imperfections are however without negative consequences for the longevity of this old dresser. This charming Saint Hubert sideboard will bring character and distinction to your home. The pediment, as well as the upper part with shelf is removable.
