Ph 4/3 suspension is part of the ph 3 family of the louis poulsen collection. 4 refers to the 40 cm diameter of this iconic suspension. The ph 3 model was made by designer poul henningsen (hence the ph) during the eventful winter of 1925-1926 for a large showroom in copenhagen, denmark. The three lampshades in brushed aluminum and painted white with the orange parts emit a soft and diffuse light. It is an authentic model made in denmark. The dimensions of the lampshades have a ratio of 3: 2: 1, and therefore homogeneously reduce the amount of scattered light. Correct condition but classic wear, qqs traces of rust inside on the legs.
