Riveted metal children's tricycle 1920 • Urbex style

Rare! Decorative object • Collection of cycles & Children's toys. Antique children's tricycle made of forged and stamped metal, assembled with rivets and bolts in the early 20th century (Art Deco period / between the wars). Everything is original and "in its juice": we love its stamped metal seat, its solid turned wooden handlebars, its metal wheels with decorative stamped spokes and worn solid rubber tyres, and its small perforated pedals. All are witnesses to the craftsmanship of past French manufacturing. The original patina, revived by a homemade polish, reveals beautiful traces of red and blue paint through the oxidised metal. ✨Ideal for an interior decoration of "my kingdom for a bike", a shop display, or for a collector of antique toys and cycles.
