Very beautiful copy made by the Dagher workshop, official copyists of the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay. Unframed. Information on the Dagher workshop: the Dagher workshop was made up of a father and his two sons who were renowned copyists of the Louvre Museum and the Orsay Museum. With an international clientele, they made a living from their art and were notably at the origin of numerous decorations for Monaco hotels, including the metropolis. They produced a large number of oils on canvas inspired by the greatest masterpieces of classical painting, from Titian to Renoir, including the French artists of La Tour, Boucher, Vigée Le Brun, Fragonard, Ingres, David, Géricault, the Italian masters of Vinci, Raphael, Caravaggio, Guido Reni, Pierre de Cortona, and even the Dutch painters Rubens and Vermeer.
