2-seater school desk

Vintage school desk - 2 places. Period: late 80s. Dimensions: p85 X l120 X h65. Restoration: The tubular metal frame of the desk originally covered with a beige resin-type paint was completely stripped and sanded to bring out the metal. There is a beautiful obsidian black patina on the structure. A protective wax was applied to the metal. The original tray was a clumped panel plated with a plastic sheet. Thanks to a beautiful board of old oak, we made a beautiful solid plateau. Once sanded and varnished (mat), we formed a groove that will receive pens and pencils. The lower locker was completely repainted. The solid beech seating and backs were also sanded and varnished (mat). The whole is the most beautiful effect, the marriage of black and cold patinated metal and light and warm wood will delight him and this desk is just waiting to find its place in a nursery.
