Set of six steel and brass stools from the 1980s. France. Sculptural pieces, these six stools blend the industrial rigor of steel with the warm glow of brass. Their cylindrical, almost architectural design makes them beautifully crafted and truly unique seats—perfect for a bar, open kitchen, or upscale reception counter. The column base is made of patinated black steel with a generous cross-section for impeccable stability. A brass footrest ring, held in place by large decorative rivets, is a striking and very 80s detail. The round, upholstered seat (black) is comfortable and easy to clean. A strong visual impact: the combination of dark metal and golden brass catches the light and adds rhythm to a counter. Very good overall condition with a beautiful patina on the brass (consistent micro-signs of wear) and sound steel. Fully functional, stable, and ready to use.
