Jute bag Bayonne salt

Back from flea market, I reported... Jute bags "salt of Bayonne" These pretty bags that were once used to transport salt can become soil bags or cushions. It was this beautiful drawing that was our favorite. This exceptional salt has been extracted for more than 3, 500 years in the deposits of the Adour countries. It comes from the salt deposits left by the retreat from the sea that was present millions of years ago. The Bayonne saltworks, which had been in operation since 1917, closed their doors in 2010.
