Rare Vase Daum Nancy "Domrémy-la-Purcell" Circa 1893

Ancient vase in amber crystal, blown, molded, engraved with acid, honeyed and translucent background, painted with enamel and enhanced with gold: height 17 cm. The vase was exhibited at the museum of fine arts in nancy. Decoration of eagle, cross of lorraine, cross of saint-andré, thistle, royal fleur de lys, sword and royal crowns, landscape of lorraine in the vosges, speaking "domrémy la purcell". Finely worked. Signature to fine gold under the base. Condition: the decoration is in very good condition, accident at the foot (crack, no lack, visible on one side, see 2 last photos). Sold in good condition. A similar vase was sold for 7000 usd excluding fees in 2010. In the collection "homage of lorraine to russia" created to celebrate the friendship franco-russian alliance with the star, during the visit of the squadron of russia in 1893 to toulon.
