Individually, 2 Baccarat crystal carafes, Harcourt model, dating from the 19th century. Come from a 19th century liqueur cellar, in the Napoleon III style. Baccarat has taken up the lines of this model, recently publishing its "harcourt 1841" series. This liqueur cellar was well used in my family, in the past; minimal traces of liqueurs present inside the bottles. *** carafe bearing the number 201 engraved inside the neck and the number 179 engraved under the stopper: €160. Height with the stopper 21 cm, side 8 cm. Weight of the carafe 530 g, + stopper 150 g. Good condition. 1 barely visible external scratch < 1 cm on one side. 1 long crack in the neck, not opened, but contains traces of liqueur (slight coloring). This trace of liqueur is only visible if observed from above, or against the light. In the crystal, several micro-bubbles in inclusion are visible. **** crystal carafe, unnumbered, without stopper: €140. Same dimensions, carafe weight 580 g. The ornamental size is not identical; a very slight difference is visible under the neck (less than 2 mm). Good condition. A long crack (watertight, not open) in the neck, bearing colored traces of liqueur. This trace of liqueur is only visible if observed from above, or against the light. Micro air bubbles in inclusion in the crystal. Carafe weight 580 g. Until the beginning of the 20th century, Baccarat stamped the glasses of its liqueur cellars; but the carafes are authenticated by labels affixed underneath. These have obviously disappeared.
