Large glass vase by carlo moretti, italian work of the 1970s. Decoration of yellow and blue gradients in the glass on an opaline white background. Spiral of intertwined colors on the back of the foot, typical of moretti's creations. No original label. Model in perfect condition, not a crack, nor a splinter. 36 X 15 cm. Neck diameter 11 cm. Coming from a family that has been perpetuating the tradition of murano glass since 1734, he naturally embarked on the creation of blown glass, with a very original approach; it is particularly inspired by modern architecture and the pure forms of minimalist design while perpetuating the oldest techniques of murano. Carlo moretti's creations have been awarded many times, in particular three times by the very prestigious "compasso d'or".
