An Excellent Vintage 1970’S Chrome And Smoked Glass Round Dining Table

A very beautiful, large vintage chrome and smoky glass round table. The unusual and flattened tubular chrome frame forms a four-legged crossover design, a "low-down," which culminates in the centre with a built-in enamelled stove. Detail black cross, both on top and bottom. There are four raised chrome pegs, which allow the "otte" glass top above the supports. The conical chrome feet are adjustable by screw wire, if the floor is uneven. The smoky glass has a warm grey hue. With a very high quality construction and veneer, it is a substantial and very stable part. In superb condition, the chrome base is pretty much flawless, with no bumps or stings and the glass has just the tiny, almost invisible mark with no shavings at the edge, which is amazing given its age.
