Hand made oriental carpet area rug 100x137cm

This vintage wool area rug was woven by hand in the 1960s and features a bold all over design. The central design has been woven with a dark black/ blue background with yellow, red, white and blue accents that make up the all over geometric pattern. Simple motifs make up the composition creating an eyecatching area rug sure to elevate any space it is introduced too. Woven by master weavers using only the finest locally sourced materials including hand-spun wool and cotton that has been dyed with organic dyeing techniques which have been used for centuries.
