Watercolor framed Montmartre 1960'

Framed work, made in watercolor & ink, representing a street in the montmartre district of paris: inscription "rue du chevalier de la barre", with the sacré-coeur in the background. Nice touch & pretty colors, especially blue. Signed by lucien delarue (1925-2011); artist born in nantes but passionate about paris, he has made many romantic urban landscapes of the capital. Watercolor dating from the 1960's / 1970' in perfect condition. Presented in its original wooden frame & yellow/green speckled stucco cladding; damaged frame, lack of stucco (see photos).
