This watercolor depicts on one side a at the counter and on the other a scene in a market. No signature of the artist, however the work comes from a pocket of drawings that belonged to this artist. Having had several works by this painter, I confirm that it is indeed the artist. Suzanne pegeaud-deva (1910-1973) was a pupil of yves brayer, and more particularly, the massetière of his workshop in la grande chaumière for fifteen years. She had exhibited regularly at the salon d'automne since 1957. Some of his paintings were exhibited at the laval and derval museums after his death. Note a good general condition, we report wear on the edges and corners, traces of manipulation. One of the edges tells us that the page has probably been torn from a sketchbook. The colors remained fresh. We sell other watercolors of this artist in our shop, do not hesitate to consult them. For the condition, thank you for detailing the photos. A6261. Feel free to zoom in. Photos are an integral part of the description. Size: Height: 17.5 cm. Length: 27 cm.
