Maison Lecan presents this superb rectangular coffee table with a mosaic top composed of glazed ceramic tiles in shades of brown, white, and bronze, arranged in a highly graphic geometric composition. The tiles alternate between glossy, matte, and speckled textures, creating a subtle play of light. Framed in darker tiles with a speckled glaze, typical of French and Belgian productions of the 1950s and 1960s, in the style of Roger Capron, Juliette Belarti, and Jean Rivier. Modernist black lacquered metal base with a flat section, understated and sturdy, emphasizing the design of the top without weighing it down. A beautiful example of post-war decorative art furniture, combining ceramic craftsmanship and functional lines. Dimensions: L129 X D43 X H43.5 cm. LDP Ref: 20251005-003.
