Folk art bench

Small bench in solid poplar. Originally, it was used to shell corn, the 2 visible bolts allowing the attachment of the sheller. (we deliberately left them for possible attachment of a mood lamp or other decorative element). Fully cleaned, treated and nourished (linseed oil), natural wood color finish. Original shape, pretty little edges, this little bench is easy to place in any kind of interior whether contemporary, city apartment, country house...etc. A formerly common and functional object, to be reconverted today into decoration, with all the charm of these objects directly from popular art useful in everyday life and "without frills", but today with a soul.
