Pastoe Birch series model CB01 cabinet by Cees Braakman

Very nice cabinet designed by cees braakman for pastoe in the 1950s. This cabinet is part of the so-called birch series. The birch series is characterized by the beautifully curved birch legs, or the curved plywood drawers and of course that they are made of birch wood. In addition to being storage furniture, this cabinet is also very suitable for use as a workplace. By folding down the flap, a worktop is created that can be used as a desk. Behind the worktop is a shelf with a compartment with two drawers for, for example, pens or paper. If you remove this unit you can also use this place very well as a drinks cabinet. Furthermore, the cabinet has three doors with storage space on shelves and two large plywood drawers. This cabinet is 118 cm high, 131 cm wide and 43 cm deep.
