Entrance bench, Scandinavian modular telephone bench, teak, 1960

Hallway bench, antique Scandinavian teak telephone bench from the 1960s. In very good condition despite its age. Materials: solid teak wood (legs), teak veneer (drawer and box), cotton/linen fabric (seat). The seat has been reupholstered with a natural cotton/linen fabric made in France. Some normal signs of wear are visible (see photos) but do not prevent its use. The marks on the bottom of the box sides are not all visible depending on the side you choose for the seat. Advantage: the drawer box, seat, and shelf are modular. A small shelf completes this piece of furniture, allowing you to store a bag, slippers, or any other useful item. One bar is missing. Another bar has been repaired. The drawer handle was reattached by its previous owner. It serves its purpose perfectly. This piece of furniture is ideal for an entryway.
