Rattan picnic basket, 20th century

Mid-20th century picnic basket, made of rattan and lacquered wood, originating from Asia. It has 2 tiers and 2 side drawers. Wear consistent with age and use, no damage (the lacquer is almost gone in some areas). Useful as a sewing box, jewellery box, or spice box… Dimensions: 28 X 15 X 23 (or 25 X 12.5 X 23 without handles). Weight: 1060g.
