Art Deco oak buffet with crossbars, France, 1940s

Elegant Art Deco oak sideboard, decorated with cross motifs, made in France in the 1940s. This sideboard features a structured and graphic façade, with the two side doors adorned with raised cross motifs, a characteristic design of Jean Royère's creations. The central door is embellished with an antique mirror decorated with colourful floral patterns, adding contrast and light to the overall piece. Beautiful craftsmanship, with brass details and keys, and a lovely patina on the oak. In overall good condition, with some rings and marks on the top, discreet missing veneer here and there, and signs of restoration on one of the locks. Dimensions: L206cm D47cm H94cm.
