Set of 6 marquetry wooden chairs, Charles X period – 19th century. An elegant suite of six wooden chairs, richly adorned with marquetry featuring scrolls and floral motifs, characteristic of the refined taste of the Charles X era. The slightly curved backs are topped with a finely decorated shaped crossbar. The seat rails also display a delicate marquetry design. The front legs are curved and the back legs are sabre-shaped, giving the whole a beautiful appearance that is both elegant and comfortable. The seats and backs are upholstered in striped fabric in shades of green, red, and cream, adding freshness and contrast to the warmth of the wood. Dimensions: Height: 92 cm Width: 44 cm Depth: 47 cm.
