Set of 3 Hans Wegner chairs

Set of 3 (not two!) dining chairs CH30 by Hans Wegner in Oak and Teak and red tapestry. This 1954 model is one of the results of Wegner's ongoing search for the perfect chair. The curved organic shapes and refined details make this chair a Wegner classic. He mainly worked with wood, making optimal use of the material's possibilities. The shapes of the CH30 chair create a minimalist and elegant play of lines. The oval-shaped backrest is slightly tilted backwards and provides good support for the back. The shape of the hind legs is tilted backwards and thus ensures optimal stability. The seat of the chair is relatively wide and covered with a red fabric stretched over a comfortable foam. The CH30P chair is designed without armrests, making it perfect to be slipped under any table. The chair takes up little space and is therefore ideal for small dining rooms. In short, a beautiful chair for long evenings of meals! The wood in this particular three-piece set has aged beautifully over time. This patina only appears after half a century of exposure to air and light and gives a very warm and vibrant appearance to this chair. A lot of character, so to speak.
