Authentic vintage political wall map, original school map published by Girard and Barrère Éditeurs (visible mention on the map). Political world map with colour codes, legends, and educational inserts, typical of school maps from the 1960s. Large format of approximately 137 × 100 cm, mounted on original wooden rods with an original string suspension system. Vintage condition with a beautiful patina of time: visible folds and signs of use, without major tears or material loss. Structure is sound, wooden rods intact (see photos). A decorative piece of character, ideal for adding a retro and cultural charm to an interior, office, or library. Printed in France, legal deposit first quarter 1961 (visible mention on the map).
