Llangollen Pottery Stoneware Carafe – Welsh Studio Pottery – 1960s/70s. Beautiful glazed stoneware carafe signed "Llangollen Pottery", a Welsh ceramics studio active in the 1960s-1970s. Hand-turned from red clay, featuring a stunning glaze in blue-grey, brown, and black tones, typical of British studio pottery from that era. The pinched spout and applied handle confirm artisanal craftsmanship. The interior shows concentric turning marks. Stamped signature under the base. A decorative piece with a raw character, ideal for a wabi-sabi, mid-century, or contemporary country interior. Dimensions: Diameter: 11 cm. Height: 23 cm. Very good vintage condition, with no cracks or chips. Can be used as a carafe, vase, or simply as a decorative object.
