Cristallerie du Creusot - Carafe - Restoration - Cut blown crystal

Ref. 2409 - early nineteenth century, this exceptional large blown crystal decanter, cut typical of the royal crystal factory of le creusot in good condition. No cracks, just a few micro-splinters on the diamond tips. Base with cut sides topped with diamond tips and ringed collar. Beautiful daisy cut at the heel (guarantee of a high quality work). Cap to the diamond-tipped model. Presence of many micro-scratches of use at the heel which attests to the antiquity of this decanter. All the many photos complete this detailed description. Expedition very neat and followed. For information, this crystal factory was bought in 1832 by baccarat and st-louis who extinguished the ovens and agreed to remove a formidable competitor.
