Pair of vintage futuristic style table lamps in chrome and opal glass.

We are offering a pair of table lamps designed by VEB Narva in the GDR (East Germany) in the 1970s. These remarkable lamps, with their chrome bases and decorative rings on the opal glass shades, perfectly embody the design of the space age. They operate with E27 bulbs. Although externally identical, they differ in weight, one having been manufactured in the GDR and the other in Ukraine. Both lamps are in very good condition, considering their age. The chrome finish shows slight oxidation and some minor imperfections due to time. The shades are in excellent condition. Please refer to the photos for a more detailed assessment of their condition.
