A very pretty vintage pressed glass cheese or cake dome, with a spiral twisted design reminiscent of the Baccarat Torse/Torsade pattern. Produced in the 1930s–1950s. Beautiful hemispherical shape with a regular, rotating design. Solid, molded handle with vertical grooves. 12 cm maximum height, 14 cm maximum diameter. In good condition, with some small chips on the handle, including one slightly visible chip on one side, a few discreet scratches from use, and manufacturing bubbles. A decorative and functional piece. Approximately 650 g.
