Antique Chinese altar buffet in solid teak

We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely vintage Chinese altar buffet with its original finish. An antique buffet with a very attractive and naive appearance. It is hand-carved from solid teak slabs, the finish is aged, and the top is curved at one end due to decades of use. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished it from top to bottom. There are a few marks here and there due to transport and storage, and the top is lighter than the base. Dimensions: Height 82 cm, Width 183.5 cm, Depth 56 cm. This item is available for collection from our warehouses in Wimbledon. Please refer to the very detailed photos that are part of the description regarding the condition. Please note that vintage and original items such as leather seating will always have a natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear. We recommend regular waxing to ensure that moisture does not escape. Additionally, hand-dyed leather is not recommended to be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods as it will dry out and discolour.
