Very rare and elegant Murano glass lamp LS176 by Carlo Nason for Mazzega (catalogue AVMazzega9). Recognised by connoisseurs as a true emblematic design. Made in Italy in the 1960s. Two glasses are made using the "Pulegoso" technique and assembled on a metal suspension. The "pulegoso" glass is produced using a method that creates countless small irregularly shaped air bubbles inside the glass, deliberately limiting its transparency. Very good vintage condition with a small chip on the upper glass that is almost invisible once assembled. Wiring suitable for all countries. Maximum height with cable 120 cm. The chandelier weighs 9 kg.
