Patinated Parisian buffet

Parisian buffet comes back to life. ⚒️ Renovation side: Stripping its layers of paint that had been applied roughly. A lot of sanding followed to smooth everything out. Insecticide treatment as a precaution. A coat of hard primer to prevent any potential tannin bleed. Painting with a slightly deeper shade for the top, then sanding the edges for a worn effect (paint from the brand CAmaelle). For the interior, a wallpaper that I love, which adds some flair to the inside. All the hardware was removed for stripping and polishing. Despite the care taken in its renovation, marks of its past remain, testifying to its history and making it a unique piece of furniture. Today, this buffet is clean, healthy, and completely functional, ready to start a new life.
