A bottle and six cups made using the buncheong technique, which involves covering a ceramic piece with a whitish clay slip. Created by the ceramist Gérard Hofmann (1917-1965), who was based in Vallauris in the 1950s. He worked with Fernand Léger and for the Cérenne workshops before establishing his own studio. Unique pieces. Manual signature HOF for Hofmann under each piece. In good condition, with some chips on the cups (see photos). Dimensions of the cups: rim diameter 4.5 cm, base diameter 3.5 cm, height 5 cm. Dimensions of the bottle: height 24 cm, neck diameter 2.5 cm, base diameter 6.4 cm. Weight without packaging: 711 g. Sold as a set.
