Boboquet wood boxwood turned 1920s

Large 1920s wood bilboquet. The most beautiful bilboquets are turned in boxwood, a smooth, thin, dense and light wood in case -ouch! - on the ball without starting it, or -super ouch- on the hand without falling into the apples. Here a 25cm bilboquet, with almost 100 years of use - all these tries nicely marked on the ball, the handle. In the opening photo, the white spot is a reflection of the light on the wood.
