Sarasar pendant-lamp by roberto pamio & renato toso for leucos

Pendant lamp / ceiling lamp, model sarasar, designed by roberto pamio and renato toso for leucos, 1975. Lampshade consis of thousands of small amber-colored glass beads, black glass beads at the edge. This rarely offered lamp was only produced for a few years due to its complex manufacture process. The glass beads were strung by hand for production. The amber-colored glass beads give the lamp a very pleasant light. Marked with “leucos” lettering in the canopy and on the spiral cable. Dimensions: shade diameter approx. 45cm, shade height: 20cm, suspension height approx. 79cm. Plastic retaining screw of the canopy defective. Has been replaced by a clamp on the retaining cable.
