Fischel bistro chair Art Nouveau 1880 canne, wood-curved

Fischel chair no.32, 1870/80 date. Extremely rare model, volutes of art nouveau. Chair no. 32 is part of the lineage of fischel chairs that are original designs not found at thonet, they are numbered from 28 to 48. This famous 32 is designed, and it alone, as to the structure of its file in 3 pieces intelligently assembled and tangled. It is the decoration loop that makes the high vault of the chair. See sketches to understand the ingenuity of the assembly that allowed the saving of long-length yarn wood. Dimensions: total height: 96 cm, seat height: 47cm, diameter: 41 cm. It is unmarked but its bill is stronger than a label. The canning usable and tense, obviously redone during the course of the experience. The hue of the chair is walnut, original schellack.
