An elegant, extendable dining table made in the second half of the 19th century, in a classic English style, characterized by a deep wood color and noble lines. A wide tabletop with safe, rounded corners rests on two stylish pedestals, each supported by three decoratively curved legs. Brass fittings in the form of lion's paws and wheels that facilitate moving the furniture add a unique character. Thanks to its sectional structure and an additional stabilizing leg in the middle, the table offers a large usable surface while maintaining full stability. It is the perfect choice for a representative dining room or living room, combining antique chic with everyday functionality. The furniture is in very good visual and technical condition, as evidenced by the high gloss of the top and the clear pattern of the wood grain. The usable surface shows natural, minor traces of use in the form of superficial scratches and small dents, visible mainly against the light, but it does not have any deep defects or burns. There are vertical, natural shrinkage cracks in the wood on the turned base elements, and on the edges of the legs there are minor bruises and local abrasions in the paint, which result from the age of the material and do not affect the stability of the structure. The bottom of the tabletop shows a solid wooden structure, equipped with efficient, classic guides and an additional supporting leg that ensures stability when fully unfolded. The brass fittings in the form of lion's paws are complete, covered with a noble patina and equipped with functional rollers, and the set includes original brass clasps connecting the top sections. The whole thing is fully stable, ready for immediate use and does not require any major renovation works. Dimensions: Width: 163 cm. Width when unfolded: 285.5 cm. Insets: 61.5 cm. Depth: 101 cm. Height: 75.5 cm.
