Ianthe silver-plated chandeliers, England, 1950s, set of 2

Beautiful pair of English silver-plated candlesticks from the mid-20th century (circa 1950-60) of good quality. Made in Birmingham, England, by Ian Heath Ltd – "Ianthe". Ian Heath Ltd began manufacturing in Birmingham in 1952, and although the company produced items throughout the 1950s and 1960s, production slowed down before completely ceasing in the 1970s. They used the label "Ianthe". The antique candlesticks bear the original manufacturer's label. Very good vintage condition.
